谷物籽粒清选装置的设计与试验
Design and Testing of a Grain Seed Cleaning Device

Abstract
Grain scavenging refers to the screening and sorting of grains for impurities,bran,mold,germination and in-sect damage,which can effectively remove impurities and undesirable particles from grains and improve the quality and nutritional value of grains.In this paper,the key components of the grain seed cleaning device are designed and tested.In the design process,several factors such as the structural design of the device,power transmission and sieving effect are considered and optimized accordingly.And the data obtained from the experiments were subjected to response surface a-nalysis,and the optimal design solution was derived.The results show that the optimal feeding speed is 1.5 m/s,the optimal vibrating frequency of the vibrating screen is 45 Hz,and the optimal drive shaft speed is 600 r/min,at which the seed cleaning rate of the grain cleaning device is 98.26%.The research results show that the device can effectively im-prove the quality and processing efficiency of the grain.The cleaning device has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation and good cleaning effect,and can be widely used in agricultural production.关键词
