摘要

Abstract

Response surface analysis is a common statistical analysis method that can be used to optimize product design and process parameters.For the optimization of corn no-till planter,based on the previous research,this paper selected disc diameter,disc angle and disc inclination as the influencing factors,and carried out quadratic rotation orthogonal test with machine forward resistance and furrowing stability as the evaluation indexes,and carried out response surface method optimization analysis on the test results.The research results showed that:the main order of each influencing factor on fresh corn sowing efficiency was:disc angle,disc diameter,disc inclination;the optimization results obtained through the analysis were:disc diameter 350 mm,disc angle 16.5°,disc inclination 6°,at this time the theoretical forward resistance was 600.59 N,and furrowing stability was 91.06%,which met the requirements of corn agricultural produc-tion.
