3D打印高分子材料扶蔗器的设计与试验
Design and Experimental of 3D Printing Polymer Material Sugarcane Lifter
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the effect of sugarcane lifting,a new type sugarcane lifter was designed with 3D printing technology,adding polymer material and friction coefficient factor.Through orthogonal test and single factor test,the in-fluence law of sugarcane lifting process was proved.The results showed that:The speed of sugarcane lifter had the grea-test influence on the lifting effect of sugarcane,followed by roller diameter.The best scheme was PETG for material,friction coefficient 0.65,diameter 150 mm,pitch 160 mm,cone angle 18°,forward speed 0.36 m/s and speed 150 r/min.The lifting time was 3.3-6 s,and the lifting time was stable.Efficient operations can be achieved.关键词
