摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the UAV load capacity,reduce the overall mass and achieve lightweight fuselage design,took agricultural UAV wing as the research object and used a truss-like internal structure and folded thin composite shell for manufacturing based on thin composite shell that was folded and cured around the core topology of additive manufac-turing to achieve highly complex and mould-free UAV structure.The combination of optimised design and additive manu-facturing had successfully increased the load carrying capacity and range of the agricultural UAV.The experimental vali-dation of the wing proved that the optimised design and the simulation results were in good agreement,verified the relia-bility and effectiveness of the method.Therefore,this study can provide important reference and guidance for topology op-timisation and additive manufacturing of agricultural UAV structures.
