农用无人机结构拓扑优化与增材制造研究
Structural Topology Optimization and Additive Manufacturing of Agricultural UAV
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the UAV load capacity,reduce the overall mass and achieve lightweight fuselage design,took agricultural UAV wing as the research object and used a truss-like internal structure and folded thin composite shell for manufacturing based on thin composite shell that was folded and cured around the core topology of additive manufac-turing to achieve highly complex and mould-free UAV structure.The combination of optimised design and additive manu-facturing had successfully increased the load carrying capacity and range of the agricultural UAV.The experimental vali-dation of the wing proved that the optimised design and the simulation results were in good agreement,verified the relia-bility and effectiveness of the method.Therefore,this study can provide important reference and guidance for topology op-timisation and additive manufacturing of agricultural UAV structures.关键词
