除草机底盘结构优化设计及试验
Structure Optimization Design and Test of Weeder Chassis

Abstract
In modern agriculture,mechanization of field weeding has become an indispensable part,which has the ad-vantages of high efficiency,good effect and saving human resources,etc.At the same time,mechanized weeding can al-so reduce the use of pesticides and the risk of environmental pollution,and improve the quality and safety of crops.The chassis is the supporting and carrying part of the whole weeder,but the stability of the current weeder chassis is low.This paper analyzed and compared the chassis structure of the common weeders on the market at present,and found that there were some design defects and shortcomings.Then we proposed an improvement plan to adjust the center of gravity and design a"finger weeding device",and then designed and optimized the weeder control system.The results showed that the optimized chassis structure had better stability and efficiency,and had better weed control effect compared with manual weeding and weeding device before improvement,and the corn yield can be significantly increased by 21.3%-25.8%.It can better adapt to different operating environments and turf conditions.关键词
