拉力式甘蔗剥叶机的蔗叶风倒机理研究及参数优化
Wind Inversion Mechanism of Sugarcane Leaf and Optimization of Parameters for Tensile Sugarcane Leaf Stripper

Abstract
This paper introduced the process of leaf-stripping in tensile sugarcane leaf stripper and emphatically analyzed the wind inversion mechanism of sugarcane leaf,and found out the inequalities of sugarcane leaf wind inversion.Fluent fluid-solid coupling was used to simulate the airflow field of the fan.On this basis,single factor(including fan speed,distance between fan and cane stalk,and angle between wind speed and cane leaf)cane leaf wind inversion simulation analysis was performed,and Box-Behnken Design in the response surface was used to optimize the cane leaf wind inver-sion parameters.When the stripping leaf had the lowest miscellaneous rate and the highest tail breaking rate as the solu-tion index,the optimal wind inversion parameter combination was obtained as follows:fan speed was 886.8 r/min,the distance between fan and cane stalk was 274.7 mm,the angle between wind speed and cane leaf was 107.7 °,and the stripping leaf miscellaneous rate was 2.0%and the tail breaking rate was 97.63%.And through the verification test,the results showed that the predicted value was basically consistent with the test value;based on the preliminary given wind inversion parameters,the impurity content rate was reduced by 1.01%,and the tail breaking rate was increased by 2.97%.关键词
