摘要

Abstract

The microstructure model of porous media reconstructed by the Quartet structure generation set algorithm(QSGS)has been widely used in the study of heat transfer at the pore scale of porous media.However,the algorithm suf-fers from the problem of structural dissimilarity when reconstructing the porous media of biodegradable agricultural mulch film profiles,resulting in the actual pore structure characteristics not being truly reflected.In this study,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)images of plant fiber mulch film samples were obtained and,after processing with a binarization method,were used for qualitative comparison analysis with the improved QSGS model to evaluate the accuracy of the im-proved algorithm.This study used the three metrics of fractal dimension,autocorrelation function,and linear path function as evaluation criteria.The results showed that the fractal dimension D of the pore structure of the plant fiber mulch film profile ranged from 1.926 1 to 2.053 7,and the fractal dimension D of the pore structure of the improved QSGS model ranged from 1.827 4 to 2.013 6.The autocorrelation distance r of the pore structure in the plant fiber mulch film profile was 25 pixels,while in contrast,that of the improved QSGS model was 29 pixels.The linear path L of the pore structure of the plant fiber mulch film profile tended towards 0 at a distance of r=26 pixels,and the linear path L of the pore struc-ture of the improved QSGS model tended towards 0 at a distance of r=31 pixels.The improved QSGS algorithm could more accurately construct the real geometry,distribution,and connectivity properties of plant fiber mulch film pores.The results revealed that the improved QSGS algorithm can generate the microstructure of plant fiber mulch film pores more reasonably,and also provide new ideas for reconstructing complex types of porous media.
