Abstract

In view of the problems of complex road conditions in the process of disease and insect pest control in mountain terraces and hilly orchards,and the difficulty of entering the ground and transferring the field in the operation of large plant protection machinery,spraying with field pipes is a technical means to solve the above problems.In order to meet the operational requirements of online mixing pesticides of pipeline spray,a mobile platform for online mixing pesticides of pipeline spray in multi-road orchard was designed with the ability of continuous climbing steps.The three-star wheel group walking mechanism can realize the climbing function of the platform.The big wheel group walking mechanism can be used in hilly and gentle slope orchard environment.The three-star wheel group walking mechanism and the big wheel group walking mechanism had interchangeability.The prototype was developed and the vibration acceleration performance of climbing steps was tested.The results showed that the adjustable speed when climbing the steps was in the range of 60%~80%,the vibration acceleration value of the frequency meter weight of the moving platform was in the range of 2.45~3.87 m/s2,which was lower than the limit value of the frequency meter weight vibration acceleration.Under this opening range,the comprehensive performance of climbing speed and operating safety was the best.
