摘要

Abstract

In response to the problems of unreasonable distribution of traditional drill sown wheat population structure and insufficient utilization of field resources,designed a rotary tillage and soil covering device based on the agronomic research of wheat uniform planting mode,utilized the characteristics of rotary tillage and soil throwing to complete the wheat uni-form sowing and soil covering operation.The rotary tiller component used IT245 rotary tiller blades,which were installed on both sides of the gearbox in a symmetrical spiral pattern.Through analysis,the soil throwing and covering operation was completed using a forward rotation method.A field performance test of the device was conducted in Hengshui,Hebei Province.The results showed that under the operating conditions of rotary tillage speed of 320 r/min,soil roller speed of 170 r/min,and forward speed of 3 km/h,the qualified rate of sowing depth was 90%,which met the operational performance requirements of the rotary tillage fertilization seeder.
