摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the uniformity of rice stirring during the drying process,based on the discrete element method and EDEM simulation software,the rice particles were analyzed under different key parameters such as rotational speed and filling rate,and the optimal working parameters for drum stirring uniformity were obtained.Through single fac-tor simulation test results,the discrete coefficient was obtained to compare the mixing effect of the drum under different parameters.The results showed that the optimal working parameter for the drum was when the speed was 55 r/min and the filling rate was 10%.After the experiment,the uniformity of water content reached 99%,and the operating effect met the requirements.
