Design and Verification of Automatic Control Algorithms for Wheeled Tractor Gearbox

Abstract
Automatic control technology for wheeled tractor gearbox is important for improving the operational efficiency and safety of tractors.For this,proposed a numerical model of an agricultural wheeled tractor and an algorithm for the au-tomatic control of the engine and transmission.Based on a system dgorithm,the wheeled tractor was regarded as a complex system composed of many subsystems,included the engine,transmission,landing gear,hitch load and operator control actions,and optimised the logic and function of the gearshift.The algorithm was validated and optimised by simulating the operating conditions of the tractor using MatLab software and its applications,Simulink and Sim-scape.The results of the study showed that the control algorithm parameters provided the smallest fuel consumption rate in the tractor operating cy-cle,while the algorithm also had good robustness and stability and was effective under all operating conditions work.The results of the study provided a theoretical reference and technical support to improve the performance and reliability of the tractor and reduce maintenance costs.关键词
