Experimental and Demonstration of Fully Biodegradable Bio-mulching and Mechanical Transplanting Technology for Rice

Abstract
The study addresses the challenges of weed control in green rice production in Zhejiang Province.It focuses on a special trial of fully biodegradable film-covered machine-transplanted rice cultivation technology,aiming to explore effective weed control,reduced fertilizer and pesticide use,and stable yield increase.By widely promoting and applying biodegradable films combined with the supporting machine transplanting technology,the study comprehensively examines the impact of fully biodegradable film on rice growth,yield levels,economic benefits,and fertilizer and pesticide usage in practical farmland applications.The trial was conducted in Deqing County,Zhejiang Province,during the 2023 pro-duction season,using fully biodegradable film covering and machine transplanting to achieve green rice production.The results showed that the film-covered machine transplanting(T)treatment reduced pesticide costs by more than33%,fertilizer costs by 57%,and labor costs by 35%,with a 69.39%increase in profit compared to the control(CK).The findings provide scientific and precise planting guidance and technical support for large-scale rice farmers,contributing to the sustainable development of the rice industry.关键词
