摘要
Abstract
Low-temperature drying conditions refer to the drying process at relatively low temperatures(30~60℃),which can reduce the loss of nutrients and prevent quality degradation due to excessive heating.In this paper,rice was taken as the indicator crop,and air flow rate,drying temperature and drying time were selected as the influencing fac-tors,and rice water content was used as the evaluation index.The response surface results show that air flow,drying temperature and drying time have significant effects on the water content of rice,and the optimal drying process condi-tions are medium air flow(20m3/h per hour),high temperature(60℃)and medium drying time(4h),at which time the water content of rice is in the optimal storage conditions required by agriculture.This study provides an important ref-erence for the low-temperature drying process of agricultural products and helps to improve the drying efficiency and quality of rice.关键词
