通辽地区大学生超重和肥胖现状及其影响因素分析
The Status Quo of Overweight and Obesity among College Students in Tongliao Area and Analysis Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
To investigate the status quo of overweight and obesity of college students in Tongliao area and ex-plore its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for the formulation and implementation of health intervention mea-sures in colleges and universities.The students of grade 2020,2021,2022 and 2023 of Inner Mongolia Minzu Uni-versity were selected as the research objects,taking a class as a unit,and a total of 30 classes were selected by random cluster sampling method.The General Situation Questionnaire,Healthy Lifestyle Scale Ⅱ and Health Belief Scale were used for questionnaire survey.The survey was conducted from April 10,2024 to May 10,2024.A total of 1 220 question-naires were distributed and 1 105 were included in the study,with an effective recovery rate of 90.6%.SPSS 25.0 soft-ware was used for statistical analysis.The results showed that the prevalence of overweight and obesity was 29.7%,which was relatively high in Tongliao area.Multivariate analysis revealed that girls were more likely than boys to be overweight and obese,to have no intention and behavior to lose weight,and the lower the health belief,the more likely they were to be overweight and obese,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).关键词
