韧性理论视阈下新污染物韧性治理构思
Conception of emerging contaminants resilient governance from the perspective of resilience theory
摘要
Abstract
Due to the distinct persistence,bioaccumulation,and toxicity of emerging contaminants,they present new challenges for ecological governance.Establishing a governance system tailored specifically for these contaminants can effectively advance the modernization of ecological governance and has profound strategic significance for maintaining national ecological security.This research,from the perspective of resilience theory,deeply analyzes the ecological security risks posed by emerging contaminants and the dual vulnerabilities encountered in governance,considering China′ s specific national context.Building on this analysis,the research systematically describes the construction ideas and pathways for resilient governance of emerging contaminants in China from four dimensions:institutional resilience,technological resilience,economic resilience,and cultural resilience.The aim is to provide scientific guidance and new developmental directions for the resilience governance of emerging contaminants,while also offering new insights for decision-making in national ecological security and pollutant management.关键词
