Coordinating new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization:theoretical logic, realistic challenges, and practical paths
摘要
Abstract
Coordinating new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization is essential for reshaping the urban-rural relationship, advancing Chinese modernization, and narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas. This study systematically analyzes the theoretical logic behind coordinating new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization, along with the current practical challenges. It also proposes actionable paths for achieving this balance in the new era. While the institutional framework for promoting urban-rural integration in China has been initially established, significant gaps in urban-rural development remain. There is insufficient integration of urban and rural industries, and obstacles to the two-way flow of urban and rural factors have not been fully addressed.Moving forward,it is crucial to focus on"breaking","integrating","descending",and"unifying".Accelerating the removal of institutional barriers that hinder the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population, the market-oriented allocation of land factors, and the standardization of property rights transactions in rural areas is vital.Additionally, promoting the integration of industrial development, residents'livelihoods, and ecological governance in both urban and rural settings is necessary, alongside encouraging urban talents, funds, technology, and other resources to flow into rural areas.Effective coordination of government, market, and societal forces will gradually facilitate common prosperity and development for both urban and rural communities.关键词
