摘要

Abstract

As a green clean energy source,the application of hydrogen energy in the field of electric buses has become the focus of research at home and abroad.Hydrogen-fuel hybrid articulated vehicle is a kind of hydrogen energy rail-electric passenger car that uses articulated light rail vehicles as the carrier and power cells and hydrogen fuel cells as the power systems.This paper mainly analyzes the installation method of large equipment under the vehicle of this type of vehicle,and carries out finite element simulation and verification on the installation bolt connection strength of the power battery.The results show that the bolt pre-tightening force,static strength,anti-slip safety factor and alternating load meet the requirements of VDI 2230 Standard,and this bolt installation and connection method can be used as the design basis for equipment installation.At the same time,the research content provides certain reference for the installation methods of under-vehicle equipment for hydrogen energy articulated vehicles and other urban rail transit vehicles.
