Abstract
Unit 2 of Datang Binzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has been in continuous operation for 7 years up to 2024.The unit's operating indicators have a high heat consumption value,a reduced cylinder efficiency of high and intermediate pressure cylinders,and the original inlaid steam traps inside the steam turbine have been seriously eroded and worn,which has affected the operating economy of the unit.Taking into account the opportunity of A-repair of Unit 2 in 2024,the cylinder was removed to complete the optimization and transformation of the inlaid steam traps in the flow passage part of the cylinder,and satisfactory results were achieved.关键词
