摘要

Abstract

In view of the problem that asphalt pavements in the mountainous areas of the western Sichuan Plateau are prone to high-frequency freeze-thaw damage,asphalt pavements on representative sections were investigated,and the temperature conditions within the pavement structure were monitored by embedding sensors.On this basis,a high-frequency freeze-thaw indoor test method was established.The method combines UV(ultraviolet),thermal oxygen aging and high-frequency freeze-thaw tests,and uses the splitting strength index to study the high-frequency freeze-thaw mechanism of asphalt pavements in the mountainous areas of the western Sichuan Plateau.The results show that aging has a great impact on high-frequency freeze-thaw,and the"UV+thermal oxygen aging+high-frequency freeze-thaw"method can simulate the most unfavorable damage situation of high-frequency freeze-thaw;the splitting strength of asphalt mixture decreases linearly with the increase of freeze-thaw times;compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture,rubber asphalt mixture can better resist high-frequency freeze-thaw damage.
