装配式地铁车站与同型现浇地铁车站承载特性对比研究

Abstract
Prefabricated subway stations can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and environmental pollution caused by traditional cast-in-place construction methods.Based on the prefabricated subway station of a subway line in Qingdao,a three-dimensional finite element model of the whole cast-in-place,local prefabricated and all prefabricated subway stations was established,and the stress characteristics of the three structures were compared and analyzed.The results show that the overall stress and deformation distribution of the three are generally consistent,and the deformation degree of the fabricated structure is lighter than that of the cast-in-place structure,especially the middle column part,and the deformation of the cast-in-place structure is more obvious.Therefore,the prefabricated structure not only has better bearing capacity than the overall cast-in-place structure,but also can effectively reduce the deformation of the middle column of the structure and enhance the overall stability of the structure,which verifies the superiority and safety of the prefabricated structure of the prefabricated station.The research results can provide reference for the safe use of prefabricated subway stations.关键词
