Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high frequency of cigarette carton conveying jams caused by excessive transmission chains,superposition of errors in the coupling of various transmission components,etc.in the transverse output device of the YB618 packaging machine,an independent servo drive device using electronic cams instead of traditional mechanical cams is designed.The device consists of an AC servo motor,a synchronous belt drive chain,a servo controller,an absolute value encoder,etc.The control system adopts a position ring-speed ring-current loop full closed-loop control mode.By analyzing and comparing the cubic polynomial,modified sinusoidal function and the three electronic cam curve motion trajectories of the NURBS curve realize the intermittent rotating movement of the end lug band.Taking two ZB48 ultra-high-speed packaging units used in Qujing Cigarette Factory as objects,the results showed that the cam trajectory position,speed and acceleration changed more smoothly and continuously,meeting the requirements of electronic cams for high-speed intermittent motion control.With the requirements of precision and fast response speed,the improved cigarette carton lateral output device has reduced the failure and shutdown rate of 7.4 times per shift,and the equipment efficiency has increased by 4.25 percentage points,effectively improving the appearance quality of cigarette cartons and reducing the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials.This method can provide technical support for improving the flexible manufacturing level of the roll-joining and packaging unit.关键词
