Abstract
The tobacco baling system is an important equipment in the tobacco cutting process,and its weight prediction is of great significance for ensuring the quality and production efficiency of tobacco leaves.This paper proposes a weight prediction method based on a dynamic algorithm for the tobacco baling system,which comprehensively considers various factors such as the working principle and process of the tobacco baling system,environmental factors and interference factors,etc.A mathematical model of the weight dynamic prediction algorithm for the tobacco baling system is established,and an efficient solution method is adopted.This paper designs and implements the algorithm,and tests and evaluates it on actual production data.The results show that the algorithm has high prediction accuracy and stability,and can effectively improve the weight control level of the tobacco baling system,providing a new technical support for the tobacco cutting process.关键词
