摘要

Abstract

With the increasing global requirements for environmental protection and low-carbon emission reduction,traditional mineral oil reactors are facing severe challenges in terms of maintenance difficulty,environmental adaptation,and safety hazards.As a renewable and environmentally friendly insulating medium,natural ester has gradually attracted the attention of researchers and the power industry.It is of great significance to develop and apply natural ester insulating oil reactors that are green,low-carbon,energy-saving,efficient,safe and reliable.This paper focuses on natural ester insulated oil reactors.First,this paper focuses on core components such as windings,iron cores,oil conservators,and cooling devices of the natural ester insulating oil,and proposes optimal design plans from the perspectives of material selection,structural improvement,and process improvement.Then,its overall heat dissipation and insulation are comprehensively evaluated,environmental protection and safety are comprehensively evaluated,and finally the practical application and development prospects are discussed,aiming to provide scientific and effective theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of natural ester insulated oil reactors.
