Abstract
By exploring the construction strategy of automatic control model for converter steelmaking,the purpose of improving the final smelting hit rate is achieved.The automatic control of converter steelmaking designed in this paper is divided into two stages:static control and dynamic control.A static calculation model is used to compare whether the measured value of the sub-lance probe is the same with the set value.If they are the same,it means that the blowing target has been hit and no correction is needed;if they are different,the dynamic calculation model is used to correct,and it is repeatedly judged whether the model prediction result is in the target range of the smelting end point.When the predicted value is in the target range,it means that the blowing target has been hit.An automatic control strategy based on the combination of static and dynamic conditions is adopted to significantly improve the final smelting hit rate.关键词
