一种高精度光纤光栅振动传感器设计

Abstract
In order to improve the sensitivity and response frequency of Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)vibration sensors,a small-volume FBG vibration sensor is proposed and simulated and verified by experiments.First,a modular structure is adopted and the mass is fixed between the two beams with screws;secondly,the resonance frequency and sensitivity expressions of the sensor are derived;then,the performance of the sensor is verified using simulation software COMSOL and building experiments.The results show that the average sensitivity of the sensor is 100.68 pm/g,and the resonance frequency is 270 Hz,which is suit-able for measuring signals of 0~180 Hz vibration.The FBG vibration sensor with this structure has small size,high performance,low cost and strong applicability,and can be widely used in engineering practice.关键词
