某机组水汽指标异常的原因分析与解决措施

Abstract
A certain factory sorted out and analyzed the typical water vapor indicators that exceeded the standard during the heating period of its 330 MW subcritical natural circulation drum boiler.The main reasons for the excessive conductivity of dissolved oxygen and water vapor and hydrogen in feedwater were found.In view of the problem of excessive hydrogen conductivity and dissolved oxygen in the steam-water system,combined with the operation mode of the extraction system of the low-pressure cylinder zero-power transformation of the cylinder-cutting unit of the plant's No.4 unit,it is found that the reason was that after the zero-power of the low-pressure cylinder was put into operation,the steam directly entered the heating network heater system.The drainage of the heating network did not pass through the condenser to extract steam,nor directly entered the deaerator without desalinization of the condensed water mixed bed.By taking a series of measures such as removing dissolved gases in the water and steam system,reducing the generation of anionic impurities in the boiler water and steam system,and strictly controlling the operating parameters of pretreatment,desalination,and polishing equipment,the dissolved oxygen and water and steam hydrogen conductivity of the feed water have been effectively improved.The pass rate of the index effectively reduces the risks of corrosion and scaling of water and steam thermal equipment,and provides a reference basis for solving fault problems related to the same type of units.关键词
