摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the frequent fracture failures of primary suspension steel springs in Nanjing subway vehicles,macro and micro inspections were carried out on the fracture of the steel springs,and the hardness and fatigue life of the steel springs were also tested.In order to further clarify the root cause of steel spring rupture,investigation was conducted in the production workshop to improve the unqualified process.Finally,based on the physical and chemical analysis results and field inspections,the main reasons for the sudden and large number of steel springs of Nanjing subway vehicles and improvement measures are summarized to prevent similar fractures.
