Abstract
As the mining life of the Fuling Shale Gas Field extends,the gas well pressure and flow rate gradually decrease,causing the compressor to deviate from the efficient operation area and increasing energy consumption.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a technical scheme that integrates intelligent control algorithms and mechanical structure optimization.By applying a variable control fuzzy matching algorithm,the compressor operating parameters are dynamically adjusted,and combined with a PID controller to achieve efficient operation of the intelligent cooling system.In order to further improve energy efficiency,a pre-pressurization multi-stage variable control device was designed to improve the inefficient operation of the compressor caused by insufficient gas well pressure.Practical test results show that this scheme significantly reduces the unit energy consumption of the system,improves the overall efficiency of the compressor,and has significant energy-saving effects.关键词
