摘要
Abstract
The excavation and protection of underwater shipwrecks in the South China Sea demonstrated China's technological progress and breakthrough innovations in the protection of underwater cultural heritage and strengthen the soft power of China's marine culture.However,the underwater shipwrecks in the disputed waters of the South China Sea are in a state of being put on hold for development due to disputes over ownership and jurisdiction.China should proactively clarify the concept and connotation of shipwrecks,provide comprehensive legal protection for them,and through the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road build a regional cooperative protection mechanism to ease the"tight grip"of vigilance and caution among the countries around the South China Sea regarding the development of underwater shipwrecks.关键词
