起重机钢丝绳缺陷检测装置结构优化与仿真分析

Abstract
Based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection,a study on the defect detection device of wire rope excited by annular permanent magnet was carried out,and the structure optimization and simulation of the defect detection device of crane wire rope were conducted.To significantly enhance the detection signal intensity and extend the service life of the detection elements,a detection slot has been engineered for housing the detection elements.This design prevents damage to the detection elements due to vibration or excessive proximity,thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of the detection outcomes.Based on Comsol,the finite element analysis of dimensional parameters of permanent magnet,armature and slot were carried out,and the overall dimensions of the device with slot detection were optimized,and its influence on the excitation performance and defect magnetic flux leakage signal detection performance of the device was studied.The detection performance of the optimized device was verified through simulation,and the designed device can meet the excitation performance of defect detection and ensure the detection of magnetic flux leakage signals at defects,thus delivering a more reliable wire rope detection system.This study can serve as an important reference for optimizing the crane wire rope defect detection device,which is helpful to further improve the performance of the detection device and holds significant practical implications and application value.关键词
