Abstract
A novel multi-objective structural optimization approach for flat wreckers,leveraging the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,has been developed to ensure a lightweight design while enhancing safety performance.The process began with the construction of a finite element model in Ansys,from which input and output parameter files were generated,encompassing the optimal design sample points for the structure.Subsequently,utilizing the Matlab platform,the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was deployed for multi-objective optimization.The iterative optimization process was overseen by the iSIGHT platform,yielding the optimal scheme from the Pareto solution sets for both the tray and joist.Ultimately,the optimized design resulted in a 14.49%reduction in the vehicle's weight compared to the initial configuration.关键词
