摘要

Abstract

In response to the landing cushion test requirements for a novel buffer airbag system,a set of landing simulation test portal crane was developed.This portal crane is characterized by its straightforward design,low development costs,and ease of maintenance.It is capable of conducting buffer tests under various release heights and different swing angles for the test model.Moreover,by adjusting the installation positions of the swing bar device,it can accommodate testing in two distinct landing environments,i.e.,soil and water,thus fulfilling a range of test requirements.To ensure the stability and safety of the portal crane under extreme working conditions,such as when the model is not released normally,cable-stayed gantry technology and heavy-load stepless braking technology were introduced.The reliability of these two critical technologies has been confirmed through finite element simulation analysis.Finite element analysis under the primary working conditions of the landing buffer test indicates that the stress levels of the portal crane remain within safe limits across all scenarios.Field test outcomes further demonstrate that the landing simulation test portal crane satisfies the relevant test specifications and is structurally safe and reliable.
