Abstract
The B1Z loader at the port has been in service for an extended period,during which its steel structure has been continuously subjected to impact loads,particularly serious rust and corrosion at the junctions of the boom's truss structure.Additionally,the prolonged exposure to the coastal seawater environment has had a significant influence on the steel structure,leading to a reduction in its effective thickness.To prevent potential fatigue-induced deformation of ship loaders'boom,the boom frame beam has been modeled using SolidWorks software.Subsequently,the fatigue yield deformation of the boom frame beam was simulated and analyzed with the Simulation finite element module.Based on analysis results,susceptible areas of the boom frame beam on the ship loader were reinforced.Stress testing of the repaired section under heavy loads demonstrated a reduction in concentrated stress,confirming that the desired repair effect can be achieved by effectively integrating theoretical knowledge with application.关键词
