Abstract
In the context of the whole-machine relocation project for a 120t single-boom portal crane,four methods are summarized for the whole-machine relocation of such cranes.Each relocation strategy is evaluated based on the on-site operation conditions.Special emphasis is placed on two methods:one involving the laying of temporary tracks and the utilization of a temporary platform frame for relocation,and the other one focusing on the use of self-propelled hydraulic flat cars with jacking capabilities in conjunction with tire frames,joists,and other auxiliary components to lift and move the crane structure.Leveraging the finite element simulation capabilities of Ansys,the structural strength when adopting different relocation proposals was simulated and calculated.Consequently,the whole-machine relocation plan for this project was determined,serving as a reference for similar undertakings,particularly in selecting the whole-machine relocation proposal for large-tonnage single-boom portal cranes.关键词
