观赏水生植物新品种碧玉水榕的选育
Breeding of a New Anubias barteri Variety'Biyu'of Ornamental Aquatic Plant

Abstract
The breeding of new varieties is an important direction for the development of ornamental aquatic plants in the future.It is the only way for the development of ornamental aquatic plant industry in China to select new varieties of orna-mental aquatic plants with excellent traits,strong plasticity and independent intellectual property rights.With Anubias barteri as parents,it was obtained from the tissue culture breeding population by single plant selection and then rapid propagation by tissue culture.The new Anubias barteri variety'Biyu'has a height of 12.6 cm,crown width of 17.3 cm,semi-erect main stem,20.6 leaves,oval shape,dark green leaves.Compared with the control variety,the plant type is more compact,the leaves are smaller,and the tillering and stress resistance are stronger.It can be used as the main scene in the aquarium tank less than 60cm,and can be used as the middle scene or decoration in the larger aquarium tank.Tissue culture and rapid propagation were carried out to produce tissue culture seedlings using the newly germination axilla buds after removal of stem tips as ex-plants,and hydroponics were carried out with rock wool as the substrate.The leaves were regularly sprayed to moisturize and fertilized.The seedlings could be produced and shipped after about 300 d of cultivation,and the finished plants were placed in the aquarium tank to adapt to the water quality,and then the rock wool was removed and cleaned before landscape application.关键词
