不同油茶品种对炭疽病的抗病性比较
Resistance Comparison of Different Camellia oleifera Varieties to Anthracnose

Abstract
To investigate the disease resistance performance of different Camellia oleifera varieties against anthracnose in Heyuan City,Guangdong Province,and to screen out superior disease-resistant varieties suitable for planting in Heyuan City,thereby promoting the healthy development of Camellia oleifera industry.This study employs tissue block isolation method to isolate the pathogenic fungi.The fungi were further identified using a combination of morphological and molecular biology techniques.Field survey and the disease index method were used to assess the occurrence of anthracnose of eighteen different C.oleifera varieties introduced in Heping County,Heyuan City,and to analyze their resistance to the disease.The results showed that the incidence of anthracnose in different C.oleifera varieties ranged from 0.31%to 28.75%,with the Gaozhou and Honghua varieties showing near-immunity;Ganzhouyou No.7,Huajin and Gan70 were classified as the high-resistant varieties.Six pathogens were identified as causing anthracnose in C.oleifera,with Colletotrichum aeschynomenes(33.33%)and C.fructicola(26.67%)being the dominant pathogens.Honghua,Gaozhou,Gan70,Huajin and Ganzhouyou No.7 can be promoted as disease-resistant varieties of C.oleifera in Heyuan City.The primary pathogens causing anthracnose in this region are C.aeschynomenes and C.fructicola,which should be the focus of targeted control measures.This study provides an im-portant theoretical basis for the selection of disease-resistant varieties and the effective control of anthracnose in Heyuan City.关键词
