Abstract
With new gas turbines being put into operation continuously in China,the execution and management of service projects have become a top priority.The management in the past was mostly through forms and offline paper transmission,and there were problems of low efficiency,bad traceability and data loss.On that account,the gas turbine service business system and process are reorganized,and a digital service management platform is developed according to this framework.Using information technology,this platform can record and integrate information from various stages of the entire lifecycle of the unit,including technical documents related to service maintenance activities,and can create a management system framework for the entire service lifecycle.With the application of this platform,service workflow with high efficiency and standardization can be established,and the management of gas turbine service can also be improved,which can ensure the integrity and traceability of the entire lifecycle information of the unit effectively and promote the management level of service business greatly.The research results can provide reference for the full lifecycle service management and technical management of gas turbines.关键词
