摘要
Abstract
In order to study the unstable combustion phenomenon of lean premixed combustion technology with low emission, study was carried out on a new type of DeNOx+burner in F-class gas turbine,in which the radial premixed fuel distribution can be adjusted. The temperature field and equivalence ratio distribution changes were studied through numerical simulation of combustion, and full temperature, full pressure and full-scale combustion tests were conducted to analyze combustion performance from perspectives of humming and emissions, thus, the effect of flexible regulation of radial distribution of premixed fuel on combustion was verified. The research results indicated that adjusting the ratio of internal and external premixed fuels,i.e.changing the radial distribution, would significantly affect the combustion temperature field, equivalence ratio distribution and flame open angle;under high load,by adjusting the proportion of internal and external premixed fuel, the humming could be restrained, and the combustion stability could be improved;at 100%base load, the humming performance was satisfying when the proportion of premixed fuel is 60%internal and 40%external;in the range of 80%—100%base load, the combustion could be kept stable by adjusting the proportion of internal and external premixed fuel, meanwhile, the volume fraction of NOx emissions could be lower than 15×10-6,which could still meet the ultra-low emission requirements. The research results can provide reference for regulating combustion stability and reducing emission.关键词
