摘要
Abstract
Under traditional ultra-supercritical steam turbine operating conditions(supercritical steam),the materials are subjected to long-term steam oxidation.Meanwhile, for the emerging supercritical carbon dioxide turbines, the oxidation and corrosion behavior of materials is also worthy of study. The long-term performance of several materials was researched, including FB2,2Cr12MoV,P91,304 and Inconel625,which were commonly used in turbines under supercritical steam condition and supercritical carbon dioxide condition.Qualitative and quantitative characterization was performed by means of scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrograph and X-ray dispersive instrument from aspects of weight gain, oxidation layer thickening, oxidation product composition and so on.The tests showed that under two conditions, the weight gain curve of oxidation of 9%—12%Cr steel was basically parabolic, and the oxide structures were similar, with Fe3 O4 being the outer layer and(Fe,Cr)3 O4 being the inner layer.304 and Inconel 625 showed good corrosion resistance in SCO2 under 600℃and 700℃condition,furthermore,attention should be paid to the carburizing phenomenon in cracks of oxide layers in SCO2.The research results can provide reference for the selection and design of materials used in high parameter steam turbines and supercritical carbon dioxide turbines.关键词
