Abstract
In the upgradation and development of compressors in gas turbine,verified and mature compressor blades are often used for modeling design,however,the safety of the modelled blades needs to be reevaluated.Based on the modeling theory,the remodel design is carried out on the compressor of a small F-class gas turbine,and the strength and vibration characteristics of the impeller are evaluated and compared before and after the modeling using finite element calculations.The comparison results show that the modeling design has a relatively small impact on the value and distribution of stress on the blade body and root,while the groove stress may have certain deviations after modeling,especially when the compressor disc is not fully modeled according to the scaling ratio,the vibration assessment avoidance rate of the entire impeller will differ from that of the prototype.The research results can provide design references for rapid upgrading of compressors using modeling theory.关键词
