摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the demand of immersive maintenance guidance for steam turbine,a maintenance training system for steam turbine has been developed based on virtual reality technology.With its application,free roam of the maintenance personnel in immersive space can be realized to understand the equipment structure,and step-by-step maintenance training and guidance can be carried out through interactive operations.This system can also be used in obtaining knowledge of equipment maintenance,improving the experience of maintenance guidance for steam turbine as well as enhancing the sense of reality and operation interactivity.With this system being applied,the effectiveness of maintenance guidance can be significantly improved,while its cost can be greatly reduced.The presented system can provide reference for maintenance training of industrial equipment.
