摘要

Abstract

A special cooling groove structure with space curved surface is used on the inlet side of disc in a heavy gas turbine,and its complex structure requires high machining accuracy.Research was carried out on the process technology of the cooling groove,and based on the characteristics of JOBS bridge machining center,a set of reasonable process scheme,including the process technology,the tool scheme and composition and simulation of the numerical control program,was proposed.The development process of this scheme was presented.The application of the scheme can effectively break the bottleneck of production and shorten the process period.The research results can provide reference for the process of the same type of products.
