摘要

Abstract

The delivery delay of gas turbine blades has negative effect on the final assembly in gas turbine plants and the installation and commissioning in power plants.To solve this problem,complete assembly scheme of gas turbine with delivery of empty casing is developed,which means the delivery is without turbine blades.The rotor dynamic balance test is conducted using shared turbine blades in the factory,while the installation of four stages of rotating and stationary turbine blades,and the adjustment of flow clearance are completed in the power plant.There have been practical examples of gas turbines,on which this assembly scheme is successfully applied,and the feasibility and reliability of complete assembly scheme with delivery of empty casing is verified by the relevant operation experiences.The research results can provide reference for development of assembly process for different types of gas turbines.
