瓜尔胶来源的半乳甘露聚糖在化妆品领域的应用研究
Application research of galactomannan derived from guar gum in the field of cosmetics
摘要
Abstract
The safety and moisturizing efficacy of galactomannan derived from guar gum in cosmetics were investigated.The safety of galactomannan was verified by cytotoxicity,acute skin irritation,acute eye irritation,and phototoxicity experiments,while its efficacy as a skin moisturizer was verified by three different experimental methods:physical,biochemical,and cell biology method.Results showed that galactomannan can effectively promote the expression of AQP3,a natural moisturizing factor in HACaT cells,and improve the skin's moisturizing ability.At 1.250%,2.500%,and 5.000%,it can resist the damage of drying to HACaT cells and improve cell survival ability,while the improvement in cell survival ability is proportional to the concentration of galactomannan.In terms of inhibiting hyaluronidase,at the same low concentration,galactomannan showed superior performance to β-glucan whereas exhibiting comparable performances as glycerol,both galactomannan and glycol can significantly increase hyaluronidase inhibition.Therefore,galactomannan has excellent moisturizing effects in multiple dimensions,illustrating its prospects for wide usage in the field of moisturizing cosmetics.关键词
