化妆品修护功效检测方法研究
Study on the methodology for evaluating the repair efficacy of cosmetics
摘要
Abstract
The review summarized the composition of the skin barrier(physical barrier,chemical barrier,microbial barrier,immune barrier,etc.)and introduced methods for evaluating the repair efficacy of cosmetics on the skin barrier.These methods include human efficacy evaluation,ex vivo skin tissue evaluation,in vitro reconstructed skin model evaluation,and 2D cell model evaluation.Based on existing regulatory guidelines and literature studies,an analysis of each evaluation method was conducted from the perspectives of application scope,test model induction,evaluation indicators(or biomarkers),and detection techniques.关键词
