摘要

Abstract

The meshing method determines the accuracy of the valve finite element analysis results.However,the influence trend of different grid forms and density on the calculation results is rarely studied.The spool of an axial check valve was taken as an example to explore the differences of the calculation res-ults of different software and the influence of meshing and density on the calculation results in the process of valve finite element simulation.The results show that the finite element analysis results of valve strength are determined by the pretreatment and solution settings.Compared with the tetrahedral mesh,the use of hexahedral meshing can effectively avoid the stress singularity or stress concentration caused by meshing,and can reduce the mesh penetration error between the contact surfaces.Therefore,the valve strength calcu-lation results are more accurate,in addition,the hexahedral mesh calculation results are more stable and less affected by the mesh density.The research results provide guidance for the selection of valve meshing method and the determination of strength analysis results.
