长江口棘头梅童鱼夏季肌肉脂肪酸组成及食源指示分析
Analysis of fatty acid composition and food source indication in the muscle of Collichthys lucidus in Yangtze River estuary in summer

Abstract
To understand the nutrition and feeding status of Collichthys lucidus,one of the major species in the Yangtze River estuary,105 wild C.lucidus were collected and classified into three groups based on their body length(<40 mm,40-59 mm,and 60-79 mm).The fatty acid composition of muscle was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and their food source indication was determined by fatty acid labeling method.The results showed significant differences in the contents of saturated fatty acids(SFA),monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA)and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)among the groups(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed in the ratio of DHA and EPA(P>0.05).The contents of SFA and PUFA in fish with body length less than 40 mm were the highest,while the fish with 60-79 mm body length group had the highest MUFA content.The characteristic fatty acids C16∶0,C20∶5n3,C22∶6n3 and C18∶1n9 indicated algae as a food source of C.lucidus,while C20∶4n6 and C18∶1n7 indicated their food source came from benthic organisms.Besides,C18∶1n7/C18∶1n9<0.5 indicated the intake of carnivorous food sources.According to the above indexes,C.lucidus is an omnivorous species.关键词
