Abstract
To investigate the tissue distribution and activity changes of non-specific immune factors in Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus),the contents of nitric oxide(NO),total nitric oxide synthase(TNOS),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),lysozyme(LYZ),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),complement C3(C3),complement C4(C4)and transferrin(Tf)were determined in the liver,intestine,and spleen of two age groups of A.davidianus using chemical colorimetric methods and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the nine non-specific immune factors were distributed in all these three tissues,while their activities varied between different age groups and tissues.In the one-year-old A.davidianus,the activities of LYZ,ACP,AKP and Tf in the spleen were higher than those in the liver and intestine.The activities of NO,C3 and C4 in the liver were higher than those in the spleen and intestine,while the activities of TNOS and iNOS in the intestine were higher than those in the spleen and liver.In the two-year-old A.davidianus,the activities of NO,TNOS,iNOS,C3 and C4 in the liver were higher than those in the spleen and intestine.The activities of LYZ and AKP in the intestine were higher than those in the liver and spleen,while the activities of ACP and Tf in the spleen were higher than those in the liver and intestine.The results of this study indicated that the spleen and the liver were the main distribution areas of these non-specific immune factors in the one-year-old A.davidianus,while the liver was the main distribution area of these non-specific immune fac-tors in two-year-old A.davidianus.关键词
