摘要

Abstract

The melt blending method was used to graft ethylene-octene copolymer grafted with glycidyl maleic anhydride(POE-g-MAH)and PA6,and then the masterbatch was applied to polymer laser labelling by secondary blending and granulation with Sb2O3@SnO2 and linear low-density polyethylene.The products were structurally characterised using SEM,IR,TG,DSC and laser marking.And POE-g-MAH grafted PA6 was used as a variable to study the effect of its content on the mechanical properties of the masterbatch.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of POE-g-MAH grafted PA6,the copolymer masterbatch maintained high tensile strength and elastic modulus,and at the same time,the notched impact strength and elongation at break of the copolymers were also substantially increased.
