Abstract
This paper focuses on the analysis of the design and selection of purchased components for each function of the 2×2 500 kN/2×1 000 kN/200 kN/650 kN bidirectional gantry gate hoist on the crest of the Yinjiang Hydro-power Project on the Jinsha River.The finite element calculation was carried out for the main stressed components of the gantry and slewing mechanism of the gantry hoist.A systematic study was conducted on the linkage control of this equipment.Eventually,a dam surface lifting equipment that meets the requirements of technical parame-ters and has the characteristics of high safety,superior performance,and novel structure was developed,provi-ding valuable practical experience for the subsequent design of hoists for hydropower projects.关键词
